With an Oyster card you have a balance on the card then every time you get on and off the tube you can touch the card and it will charge you accordingly, instead of buying a ticket every time. I think its a good deal.

Griffins guard all the entrances to Old London to keep out trouble.
This tower was put up by the OXO company as an advertisement. At the time it was built there were laws about not putting adds on the Thames river and this was a cleaver work around of the law by building the name right into the design of the tower.
Old London Walking tour May 7, 2008
Here are some pictures from a walking tour that we took of Old London. The tour was free and the guide worked for tips. It was very informative and lasted for about three and a half hours.
